Dr. Zohaib Ahmed
Dr. Zohaib Ahmed is a compassionate and experienced general dentist who has been practicing dentistry since 2006. He is committed to providing quality care in a patient-centered environment where individuals and families feel informed, respected, and comfortable.
Dr. Ahmed provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, with a focus on prevention, diagnosis, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and family dental care. He believes patient education plays an important role in long-term oral health and takes the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly.
Dr. Ahmed completed his Postdoctoral Advanced Education in Dentistry at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He earned his dental degree from Baqai Dental University in Pakistan and a Master of Public Health degree from Nova Southeastern University.
He regularly participates in continuing education to stay current with modern dental techniques, materials, and technology. With experience in both clinical dentistry and public health, Dr. Ahmed is passionate about serving the community and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Your First Visit
During your first visit to Lakehaven Family Dentistry, our team will review your medical and dental history, discuss your concerns, and learn about your oral health goals.
Depending on the type of appointment, necessary digital X-rays may be taken, followed by an examination with Dr. Ahmed. He will review his findings with you, answer your questions, and explain any recommended treatment options clearly.
We understand that your time is valuable and work to make each visit as convenient and comfortable as possible. New-patient forms are available through our website and may be completed before your appointment.
Emergency Care
Dental pain and unexpected problems can occur without warning. If you experience a toothache, broken tooth, lost restoration, swelling, or another urgent dental concern, contact our office as soon as possible.
Our patients are our priority, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate urgent needs and help relieve discomfort promptly. For a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
